If it is during business hours and is an emergency, please call (608) 256-9500. If it is after our business hours and is an emergency, please call (608) 576-8773. To determine if your situation is an emergency, please review the list of emergency conditions below.
Emergency Conditions
1. No heat (Sept - May)
2. Water leaks/flooding
3. No electricity
4. Broken toilets (if it's the only bathroom)
5. Broken/Inoperable door lock
6. Anything that may harm/injure a resident
7. Natural gas leaks (call MG&E IMMEDIATELY at 608-252-7222)
8. Fire or smoke of any kind
